York Mind - children and young people's counselling administrator
York Mind are looking for a children and young people's counselling administrator to make sure everyone's journey through their service is smooth.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Be a warm and welcoming point of contact for people enquiring about the service.
- Process service referrals, review waiting lists, and diarise assessment appointments and counselling sessions.
- Help implement new ways of working in the service.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of two years experience working in an administrative role, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Has experience working with confidential and sensitive information, including knowledge of data protection.
- Is friendly, approachable, and an excellent communicator.
