York Mind - children and young people's counselling administrator

York Mind are looking for a children and young people's counselling administrator to make sure everyone's journey through their service is smooth.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

  • Be a warm and welcoming point of contact for people enquiring about the service.
  • Process service referrals, review waiting lists, and diarise assessment appointments and counselling sessions.
  • Help implement new ways of working in the service.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of two years experience working in an administrative role, with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Has experience working with confidential and sensitive information, including knowledge of data protection.
  • Is friendly, approachable, and an excellent communicator.
