What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to drive the organisation’s vision and impact
• Lead and inspire teams to deliver high-quality mental health services
• Build partnerships and ensure financial sustainability and effective governance

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a strong track record of senior strategic leadership, ideally in the charity, public or health sector
• Has experience working with Boards or Trustees and overseeing governance and financial management
• Is an inspiring communicator with strong influencing skills and a passion for improving mental health
