West Sussex Mind – support service deputy manager

West Sussex Mind are looking for a deputy manager to lead teams and develop mental health services in Worthing.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Support and supervise Mental Health Workers, providing guidance and leading team meetings
• Help manage and develop the Worthing NMHT service alongside the Service Manager
• Deliver and improve mental health support, ensuring safe, compassionate and effective practice

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in mental health, including supervision or management responsibilities
• Holds (or is working towards) a relevant qualification in project management or mental health (desirable)
• Has strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex situations
