West Sussex Mind seek a Help Point navigator to manage referrals and support local people accessing mental health services.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Act as the first point of contact, responding to enquiries and supporting referrals into services
• Record, triage and allocate referrals to the appropriate teams
• Provide signposting and liaise with partners and professionals

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in support, advice, navigation or community-based roles
• Has knowledge of community services or the ability to learn quickly
• Has strong communication and empathy skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries
