West Sussex Mind – fundraising lead

West Sussex Mind are seeking a fundraising lead to grow corporate support and income for mental health services.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and develop corporate fundraising activities, building new partnerships and growing income streams
• Steward existing business relationships through excellent engagement, reporting and partnership development
• Plan and deliver fundraising events and initiatives, including Mental Elf, using creative and original ideas

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in fundraising or strong transferable skills in relationship‑building, sales or partnerships
• Is highly organised, detail‑focused and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Can work proactively and collaboratively in a small team, leading on projects while supporting day‑to‑day activity
