West Sussex Mind seek an employment support worker to help people with mental health needs achieve job goals.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Provide one-to-one employment support to help individuals achieve their vocational goals
• Deliver workshops and support job searching, applications and interview preparation
• Build partnerships with employers and local services to create opportunities for service users

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience providing employment support, advice or casework
• Holds (or is working towards) a qualification in careers guidance or vocational support
• Has strong communication and organisational skills, with a person-centred approach
