West Sussex Mind – employment support worker

West Sussex Mind are looking for an employment support worker to help local people with mental health challenges to achieve their employment goals.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Offer personalised 1-to-1 employment support to people with mental health challenges.
• Help service users set goals, search for jobs, prepare CVs and succeed in interviews.
• Run workshops and build partnerships with employers, training providers and local services.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience delivering employment support, advice or vocational guidance.
• Understands the barriers people with mental health conditions may face when seeking work.
• Is organised, collaborative and passionate about inclusive, recovery-focused support.
