What you'll do

In this role you'll:

  • Build trusted relationships with children, young people and families to support emotional wellbeing. 
  • Design and deliver inclusive, community based workshops and wellbeing activities shaped by local voices.  
  • Spend time in local spaces, listening, learning and helping reduce barriers so more people can access support. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of engaging children, young people and families, particularly those facing barriers to participation. 
  • Brings strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity and a collaborative, solution focused approach. 
  • Understands the value of early intervention, community connection and preventative mental health support.
