What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Build trusted relationships with children, young people and families to support emotional wellbeing.
- Design and deliver inclusive, community based workshops and wellbeing activities shaped by local voices.
- Spend time in local spaces, listening, learning and helping reduce barriers so more people can access support.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience of engaging children, young people and families, particularly those facing barriers to participation.
- Brings strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity and a collaborative, solution focused approach.
- Understands the value of early intervention, community connection and preventative mental health support.
