South East London Mind – trustee

SEL Mind are looking for a trustee to help shape inclusive mental health services across South East London. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Help shape the direction of SEL Mind by contributing to strategy, vision and decision making.
• Provide oversight to ensure the charity delivers high quality, inclusive and sustainable services. 
• Champion strong governance, safeguarding and equity, diversity and inclusion across the organisation. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication skills, with the confidence to contribute and challenge constructively. 
• Brings strategic thinking and good independence judgement as part of a collaborative board. 
• Has experience of insight in areas such as HR, finance, digital, or lived experience of dementia care.
