Solent Mind - senior wellbeing advisor (Winchester)

Solent Mind are looking for a senior wellbeing advisor to support people through courses and one to one support. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Support people through one to one assessments to understand their needs and goals.
• Deliver inclusive courses, workshops and group activities that promote wellbeing. 
• Help people build confidence and take steps towards positive change in a supportive environment. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people with diverse or complex needs. 
• Has experience delivering group sessions, courses or workshops.
• Brings strong communication, teamwork and IT skills.
