Solent Mind - senior peer worker CMHT (fixed term)

Solent Mind are looking for a senior peer worker to deliver and lead community mental health peer support. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and support a small team of peer workers, helping deliver high quality peer support across community mental health teams. 
• Use your lived experience to provide one to one and group support that builds confidence and hope.
• Work closely with NHS partners to develop and coordinate peer support within local services. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has lived experience of mental health challenges and can use this safely to support others. 
• Has experience supporting people with diverse needs, including delivering groups or courses. 
• Brings strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
