Solent Mind seek a programme director to lead partnerships delivering community mental health services.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead the Southern VCSE Collaborative, building strong partnerships to deliver impactful community services. 
• Oversee performance, governance and financial sustainability across multiple delivery partners. 
• Represent the collaborative with commissioners and stakeholders, helping grow services and secure new opportunities. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has significant experience leading complex, multi-partner programmes within the voluntary or public sector. 
• Brings strong financial, performance and governance expertise.
• Is a collaborative, values driven leader with excellent communication and influencing skills.
