Solent Mind - peer support team leader CMHT 

Solent Mind are looking for a peer support team leader to lead recovery focused mental health support. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead a peer support team delivering safe, person centred support to people experiencing mental distress. 
• Use your lived experience to model hope, empowerment and recovery in your day to day work. 
• Work closely with NHS and community partners to support joined up care and smooth transitions between services. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has lived experience of mental health challenges and can use this to support others and lead a team. 
• Has experience supervising staff, volunteers or students in a supportive environment. 
• Brings strong understanding of mental health, peer support and trauma-informed practice.
