Oxfordshire Mind - wellbeing worker specialising in short course 

Oxfordshire Mind are looking for a wellbeing worker to deliver courses and support mental health.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Design and deliver wellbeing courses that support people to improve their mental health and achieve their goals. 
• Build positive relationships and provide person centred support to service users.
• Work with partners and colleagues to develop and improve the short course programme. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people with mental health or wellbeing needs, individually or in groups. 
• Understands safeguarding and the needs of people accessing mental health support. 
• Brings strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills with an empathetic approach.
