Oxfordshire Mind - people advisor

Oxfordshire Mind are looking for a people advisor to support HR and build a positive, inclusive workplace. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Provide practical HR advice and support to managers and staff, helping create a positive and supportive workplace.
• Manage employee relations and support processes such as recruitment, onboarding and performance management. 
• Help maintain effective HR systems, records and processes, contributing to continuous improvement and engagement. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in HR, with knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations practices.
• Is working towards (or holds) a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Brings strong communication skills, attention to detail and a calm, solution focused approach.
