Oxfordshire Mind are looking for a support worker to help people with mental health needs live independently.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Support people living in supported housing to manage their mental health, wellbeing and daily living.
- Work alongside residents to create support plans, manage risk and move towards greater independence.
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming home environment while building links with local services and communities.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting people with mental health needs, ideally in housing or residential settings.
- Brings empathy, clear communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Can work confidently with complex needs, balancing independence, recovery and safeguarding.
