Oxfordshire Mind – community and events fundraiser

Oxfordshire Mind are looking for a community and events fundraiser to grow local support and fundraising income.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Build and steward community and event fundraising relationships to maximise income and long-term supporter engagement
• Support and motivate fundraisers through excellent communication, guidance and a strong on‑the‑day presence at events
• Track income, manage supporter data and produce accurate reports in line with fundraising standards and GDPR

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in fundraising, account management, business development or a similar relationship‑focused role
• Understands, or is compassionate towards, the needs of people living with mental and emotional health problems
• Can build strong relationships with a wide range of audiences and work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
