What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and inspire service delivery teams across adult, children and young people, and counselling services.
• Act as deputy to the CEO and Head of Safeguarding for Adults and Children.
• Drive performance, quality, and innovation, ensuring services are responsive to community needs.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in strategic and operational leadership within mental health services.
• Brings strong safeguarding expertise, alongside excellent mentoring, coaching, and communication skills.
• Holds a relevant management or leadership qualification and is committed to staff wellbeing, inclusion, and empowerment.
