North Kent Mind – Children and young person's care co-ordinator (part-time)
North Kent Mind are looking for a part-time co-ordinator to support children and young people across the Medway Therapeutic Alliance.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Coordinate trauma-informed, goal-focused support for care-experienced young people and care leavers within a structured 20-week framework.
- Help young people access and stay engaged with therapy, providing relational support before, during and after intervention.
- Work with clinical teams and partners to manage risk, support transitions and ensure no young person is left without contact.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children and young people in mental health, youth work or a related setting.
- Understands safeguarding, risk management and multi-agency working within statutory and voluntary services.
- Is relationship-focused, organised and committed to trauma-informed, person-centred practice.
