Mind in Haringey are looking for an operations manager to support effective, inclusive mental services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Oversee the smooth, effective running of Mind in Haringey's operations, system and facilities. 
• Support, manage and develop staff and volunteers, helping teams feel valued and well supported. 
• Ensure services are compliant, well governed and delivered in a safe, caring and inclusive way. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has significant experience in health, social care or mental health services, including people and budget management. 
• Brings strong organisational, communication and leadership skills, with a calm and caring approach. 
• Is committed to equity, social justice and supporting diverse teams to do their best work.
