Mind BLMK – community wellbeing navigator

Mind BLMK are seeking a community wellbeing navigator to support mental health recovery in Central Bedfordshire.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Deliver one‑to‑one and group wellbeing support, helping people navigate services and stay connected to their communities
• Assess suitability for the service and co‑produce personalised support plans based on people’s needs and goals
• Build strong links with local community services and promote recovery, prevention and engagement opportunities

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has at least one year’s experience supporting people with mental health and wellbeing needs
• Holds a Level 3 Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
• Can build positive relationships and work in an empathetic, non‑judgemental and person‑centred way
