Mid and North East Essex Mind - mental health evening service coordinator

Mid and North East Essex Mind seek a service coordinator to lead crisis support their sanctuary service. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead shifts within the Sanctuary, supporting the team to deliver safe and effective crisis support.
• Provide one to one emotional support to people in distress, both face to face and over the phone.
• Coordinate referrals and guide support workers, ensuring people are connected to the right help. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people through mental health crisis or significant distress. 
• Is a compassionate and confident leader, able to support and guide others. 
• Can manage a varied workload, including coordinating referrals and delivering direct support.
