Llanelli Mind - wellbeing support officer (digital and social inclusion)

Llanelli Mind are looking for a wellbeing support officer to deliver their Digital and Social Inclusion project.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Help deliver the 12-week peer support programme.
• Recruit, support and provide guidance to the volunteers involved in the peer support service.
• Deliver structured workshops and group work sessions in various community venues.  

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Can manage their time well, working efficiently using their own initiative.
• Can carry out comprehensive support plans and risk assessments.
• Is empowering, enthusiastic, adaptable, and non-judgemental.
