Llanelli Mind - wellbeing support officer

Llanelli Mind are looking for a wellbeing support officer to run their drop-in services and support services users on their journey to better mental health.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Run engaging and mindful activity groups.
• Provide immediate, one-to-one support and guidance at drop in services.
• Review referrals, assess service user needs, develop support plans, and complete risk assessments.  

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Can communicate exceptionally, including by phone, video call, and face-to-face.
• Can manage their time well, working efficiently using their own initiative.
• Has a working knowledge of data protection and safeguarding legislation.
