Leeds Mind – supported employment team leader

Leeds Mind are looking for a team leader to lead recovery focused employment support services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and support employment teams to deliver high quality, recovery focused supported employment.
• Work with partners, employers and commissioners to strengthen pathways into paid work.
• Embed best practice, quality and continuous improvement across services to improve outcomes. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading and supervising teams within employment, mental health or supported employment services. 
• Brings strong knowledge of IPS, SEQF and recovery focused approaches to employment. 
• Is a values led, inclusive leader who believes in people's strengths, potential and right to work.
