Leeds Mind – peer support team leader

Leeds Mind are looking for a peer support team leader to lead and develop lived experience services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and support peer support services, helping teams deliver high quality, values led support. 
• Develop and motivate peer support staff through supervision, training and reflective practice. 
• Work closely with partners and senior leaders to grow services, support funding bids and mobilise provision.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading teams in mental health, peer led or voluntary sector services. 
• Brings a strong understanding of peer support, lived experience and safeguarding across all ages. 
• Is a confident, inclusive leader who can build relationships and respond calmly to complexity.
