Leeds Mind – peer support team leader (transformation)

Leeds Mind are looking for a team leader to lead community mental health support for adults with complex needs. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and support a team delivering high-quality community mental health support for people with complex needs.
• Build strong, collaborative partnerships across health, voluntary and community services to deliver joined up care. 
• Oversee service quality, safeguarding and performance, helping the team achieve positive outcomes. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading teams within mental health, social care or voluntary sector services.
• Brings strong knowledge of community mental health transformation, partnership working and safeguarding. 
• Is a motivating, values driven leader with collaborative and person centred approach.
