Leeds Mind – IPS team leader

Leeds Mind are looking for an IPS team leader to lead to recovery focused employment support services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and support IPS employment teams to deliver high quality, recovery focused support into paid work. 
• Build strong partnerships with NHS mental health services, employers and commissioners. 
• Ensure consistent, person centred practice by embedding IPS fidelity quality and continuous improvement. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading and supervising teams within employment, supported employment or mental health services. 
• Brings strong knowledge of IPS, SEQF and recovery focused employment approaches. 
• Is a values led, inclusive leader who believes in people's strengths, potential and right to work.
