Derbyshire Mind are looking for a services lead to oversee the day-to-day delivery of mental health and wellbeing services.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead the operational delivery of mental health and wellbeing services across Derbyshire Mind.
• Manage staff, volunteers and service processes to ensure high-quality, efficient delivery.
• Monitor performance, safeguarding, budgets and reporting to meet service objectives.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading teams and managing services or projects.
• Is confident managing risk, performance data and service reporting.
• Is organised, empathetic and committed to inclusive mental health support.
