Bradford District and Craven Mind – service manager

Lead community-led mental health services tackling inequalities as a Hope and Light service manager for Bradford District and Craven Mind.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead the Hope and Light programme, delivering community-led mental health services that reduce health inequalities.
• Manage and support Community Engagement Workers and partner organisations.
• Build strong relationships with communities, partners and commissioners to improve service impact.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading teams within mental health, community or voluntary sector services.
• Understands the mental health inequalities affecting ethnically and culturally diverse communities.
• Is confident managing projects, partnerships and service performance.
