Bradford District and Craven Mind are looking for an equity, diversity, inclusion and anti-racism manager to strengthen their organisation’s commitment to creating a fair, inclusive and anti‑racist culture.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Support and shape the employee led forums and organisational events that contribute to enhancing an open and inclusive environment.
- Work with the communications team to contribute to meaningful EDI campaigns and promote the profile of our EDI & Anti-racism initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across Bradford District and Craven by attending key events, driving awareness and connecting with stakeholders across the District.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has lead EDI & Anti-racism work and has an understanding of how this would be applied in a charity.
- Has experience of facilitating open discussions with stakeholders.
- Has experience working with people from marginalised and minoritised communities, and/or people with serious mental illness.
