Anytime Fitness
Anytime Fitness, the UK’s second biggest gym provider, has teamed up with Mind to teach people how being active can help their mental health.
With over 160 gyms in the UK, the partnership will focus on connecting physical and mental health through fundraising and education activities planned for the year. Anytime Fitness will help raise money and awareness for Mind’s programmes that encourage people with mental health problems to get active to improve their wellbeing.
Anytime Fitness gyms will also host local mental health events throughout the year. The first event will be National Workouts and Wellbeing Week. They will also be working with local Mind branches across the UK.
