Beginner training plan
This 10-week plan will help you to go from no training to being able to take on the 10k Mind Walk. This plan has walking sessions only, helping you to build up time on your feet.
Cross training plan
This 10-week plan will help you to go from minimal training to doing the Mind Walk. It includes walking and machines at the gym, like a rowing machine, elliptical trainer or bike.
Talking about mental health
We want you to feel comfortable talking about mental health. Not just at the Mind Walk, but in everyday life. We have lots of info our website to help you start the conversation.
Getting support
We hope the Mind Walk will help encourage everyone to ask for help for their mental health if they need it. We have lots of info available on where to start.
