Fundraising for mental health with the Mind Walk
10km. 13,000 steps. This is the Mind Walk – the big walk making even bigger change. Every step helps raise money for mental health, and supports Mind's work across England and Wales. Through our helplines, online information and network of almost 100 local Minds, we provide life-saving support, advice and resources. We also campaign to improve services, challenge stigma and make mental health a priority.
By joining the Mind Walk, you'll raise money to fight for the support people need, when they need it.

Chanel
"I did the walk last year on crutches, so trust me when I say this really is a movement anyone and everyone can take part in. Take it at your own pace, enjoy it, and know that just by being there you’re doing so much good for mental health. I made so many friends on the day. We walked together, smiling the whole time."
Gavin
"I don't think I would be here today if it wasn't for the support that I got from Mind. I couldn't have carried on like that. There's no way that how I was trying to manage was sustainable."
How raising money makes a difference
This is how you and brilliant walkers like you are changing lives while taking on this epic charity challenge.
£11 could make sure someone hears a supportive voice at the other end of the phone. Your gift helps them get vital information, legal advice and local support.
£28 could help send information booklets to 10 people without access to the internet, or living in digital poverty – helping them better understand their mental health.
£50 could help us keep our online community open for a whole hour. Side by Side is where people can go to connect with others who understand what they’re going through.
