Take on a timed challenge
You could try one of our timed challenges, or set your own.
- Stream 4 hours for the 1 in 4 of us who experience a mental health problem every year
- Stream 15 hours for the 1 in 15 people who attempt suicide over the course of their lifetime
- Stream 24 hours for the 24 million times Mind's online information pages were visited last year
And remember, you don't need to complete your challenge in one go. Why not spread your challenge over a week or month and fundraise for Mind every time you stream?
