Solent Mind - wellbeing assessor 

Solent Mind are looking for a wellbeing assessor to support people to manage their mental health. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Carry out assessments to understand people's needs and help them identify goals for their wellbeing. 
• Provide ongoing one to one support, helping people develop tools to manage their mental health.
• Work collaboratively with primary care partners to ensure people get the right support. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people with diverse or complex mental health needs.
• Has lived or professional experience of mental health and understands how to assess risk. 
• Brings strong communication skills and can work both independently and as part of a team.
