Oxfordshire Mind - wellbeing worker: CYP 

Oxfordshire Mind seek a CYP worker to support young people's mental wellbeing in GP practices. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Provide early, person centred support to children and young people through one to one sessions and triage calls. 
• Work alongside GP practices, families and local services to ensure young people get the right support at the right time. 
• Manage a caseload, carrying out assessments, risk management and follow up to support wellbeing and recovery. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting children and young people with mental health or wellbeing needs. 
• Understands safeguarding and can respond confidently to risk in a primary care setting.
• Brings strong communication, organisation and listening skills, with a compassionate person centred approach.
