Oxfordshire Mind - wellbeing worker: CYP private model

Oxfordshire Mind seek a CYP worker to support young people's mental wellbeing through self help services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Provide one to one, person centred support to children and young people to improve their mental health and wellbeing. 
• Work with families, schools and partners to ensure young people can access the right support. 
• Manage a caseload, carrying out assessments, risk management and timely follow up to support positive outcomes. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting children and young people with mental health or wellbeing needs. 
• Understands safeguarding and can respond confidently to risk and changing needs. 
• Brings strong communication and organisation skills, with an empathetic and person centred approach.
