Oxfordshire Mind are looking for a people advisor to support HR and build a positive workplace.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers and staff, supporting a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Manage employee relations and support key processes such as recruitment, onboarding and payroll.
- Help improve HR systems, policies and processes to strengthen engagement and organisational effectiveness.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Is working towards a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Has experience in HR or related role, including employee relations and recruitment support.
- Brings strong communication skills, attention to detail and a calm, solution focused approach.
