North Kent Mind - temporary finance supervisor

North Kent Mind are looking for a finance supervisor to support audit readiness and improve financial accuracy.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

Review and correct historical financial records to ensure they are accurate, complete and audit ready.
Prepare detailed audit schedules and analyse financial data to support audit processes.
Work closely with colleagues to investigate discrepancies and improve financial systems and processes.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

Has a degree in a finance, accounting or related field, with strong technical accounting knowledge.
Has experience working with financial systems and resolving complex accounting issues.
Brings excellent attention to detail, strong Excel skills and a proactive solution focused approach.
