Mind in Tower Hamlets, Newham and Redbridge - senior employment advisor 

Mind THNR seek a senior employment advisor to lead support helping people return to and stay in work. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and support a team of Employment Advisors delivering integrated employment support within Talking Therapies. 
• Provide tailored, person centred support to help people find, return to and stay in work. 
• Work closely with NHS partners, employers and local services to ensure joined up effective support. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading or supervising employment support staff, ideally within a mental health setting. 
• Holds a Level 4 qualification in Advice and Guidance (or equivalent experience) 
• Brings strong communication, organisational and partnership working skills within a person centred approach.
