Bradford District and Craven Mind - service coordinator - adults and older adults 

Bradford District and Craven Mind seek a service coordinator to support adult mental health services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Support the delivery of services, helping teams provide safe, effective support to adults and older adults.
• Work alongside the service manager to oversee day to day operations, including safeguarding and service quality. 
• Support staff and partners to ensure services run smoothly and meet the needs of local communities. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in health, social care or related setting, supporting adults or young people. 
• Holds a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
• Is confident supporting others with safeguarding, risk and team coordination.
