Mental health awareness training

This course aims to raise awareness of mental health, and to understand and recognise the causes, symptoms and support options for a range of common and less-common mental health problems.

This very practical and interactive course gives delegates a chance to explore what non-specialists can do to help make people in distress feel safe, supported and understood.

Who's it for?

This course is for anyone who works/lives alongside someone who experiences a mental health problem or distress and wants to better support them.

This course will increase your understanding of mental health problems and how this can impact on your customers, contacts or clients and how best to support them.

Emotional intelligence and resilience training

In this session; you will explore and identify emotions and help you recognise triggers to stress. Gain an overview of resilience and what it is and leave with an increased awareness of how having both can assist you both inside and outside out of the workplace.
