Thank you
To all our supporters - we couldn't do what we do without you.
Thank you – from everyone at Mind
Do you know who the most important people are to us, here at Mind? Supporters, just like you. We’d never be able to make real change happen without you by our side.
You got out there and joined the fight for mental health. You raised money. You spread the word about mental health. You helped us make real change happen.
So thank you! Thank you so much. You’re making a real difference for people with mental health problems in England and Wales.
"Even just talking can make someone feel better."
Sarah, Infoline advisor
By supporting Mind, you’re helping Sarah pick up the phone on our Infoline. Sarah’s worked on our Infoline since December.
"One of my callers who had anxiety was distressed following a disagreement she’d had with a customer at work. She’d snapped at them.
I listened to her and told her about the information and advice on Mind’s website. I also advised her on her local Mind where she could try some counselling, talking therapies and a course on managing her anxiety.
She was so grateful after I had helped her. Even just talking can make someone feel better."
Your support means that Sarah will be able to keep picking up the phone and supporting people in need. You’ve helped make that happen.
“With Side by Side, there’s always someone to talk to.”
Pi, Side by Side user
By supporting Mind, you’ve made a huge difference for people like Pi. Pi joined our Side by Side community 9 months ago.
"With a GP you get a very medical response, and you only get a 10 minute appointment. But with Side By Side, there’s always someone to talk to, whatever time of day or night it is.
I’m doing so much better now and Side by Side is a key part of my recovery."
Your support means Pi can keep using Side by Side whenever he needs it. You’ve helped make that happen. Thank you.
Thank you for helping us fight for mental health
At Mind we’re here to fight for mental health. For support. For respect. For you. That’s only possible thanks to your support.
We’re always working hard to make things better for people with mental health problems. Your funds have already helped our campaigners push for a better deal on mental health from the government. From our work on the cost of living crisis through to reforms to the Mental Health Act – we’re restless.
