Take on the Walk 100 miles in June challenge for Mind

This June, do something amazing — for yourself and for mental health. Walk, jog, run, or wheel 100 miles across the month and help raise vital funds for Mind.

With long, sunny days and energy in the air, there’s no better time to get moving. Whether it’s early morning miles, lunchtime laps, or golden evening walks. Whether you take on a few miles a day, or go for longer walks on the weekend. However you choose to do it, make it yours.

Every step you take brings you closer to your goal — and helps change lives.

You’ll feel stronger, clearer, and more energised with every mile — all while helping to ensure no one has to face a mental health problem alone.

So lace up, step out, and make your miles matter! 

Your challenge perks

A free Mind t-shirt. Once you've completed your registration and set up your fundraising page, we'll send you your official #TeamMind t-shirt - wear it with pride as you take on the challenge and show your support for mental health.

A free progress tracker. You'll receive it with your t-shirt to help you stay on track and keep an eye on your progress. 

An exclusive medal. Raise £150 and you’ll receive your exclusive 100 miles in June medal as a special thank you.

A bonus reward. The first 300 supporters to raise £30 will receive a Mind foldable water bottle. So start early!

A reason to move more. Our challenges are a great opportunity to get moving. And moving more day to day is known to help improve our overall wellbeing in lots of ways, from sleeping better to stressing less.

How to sign up for Walk 100 miles in June

Registration is free and easy - just follow these simple steps:

  1. Join the Facebook group for the challenge. 
  2. Complete the registration form in 'about' section.
  3. Set up your fundraising page - either on JustGiving or Facebook, whichever suits you better.
  4. No Facebook? No problem - use this form and set up a JustGiving page instead.
  5. Receive your free Mind t-shirt and mile tracker in the post. 
  6. Start your challenge!

By joining the Facebook group, you'll be a part of an amazing community cheering you on every step of the way. Our friendly team will also be on hand to support you, offer tips and answer any questions.

How much do I have to fundraise?

Your fundraising page will automatically set a £150 target. But there's no minimum target for this challenge, so you can choose to increase, decrease or keep it as it is.
