#TeamMind kit

We offer everyone a cotton t-shirt or running vest as part of our package. We also offer technical running t-shirts and cycling jerseys for a donation of £15.

If you're doing the 3 Peaks, Ultra challenge or the Cardiff Half Marathon, you'll need to order your own top (it won't cost anything). Check your registration email for more information.

How do I get my #TeamMind kit?

Your Mind top will be included in your welcome pack. This should be sent to you in the post 14 working days after signing up. If you haven't got your top yet, or would like to order one, please email us or call on 0208 215 2243. You'll need to tell us what size you want – please take a look at the size guides below.

Size guides

#TeamMind kit is designed to be gender neutral.
Dimensions in this size guide are given in centimetres with the top laid on a flat surface and
measured between the underarm seams - take a look below!

Using iron-on letters

Having your name on your top is great for encouragement while you’re taking part in an event. We’ll email you to ask which letters you need. Once they arrive, follow these steps to attach them. Please be careful not to burn your vest or t-shirt!

  1. Optimum temperature for fusing the letters is 165˚C.
  2. Position the letters on your vest or t-shirt, paper side up, rough side down.
  3. Cover the letters with greaseproof paper or a tea towel.
  4. Hold the iron down with firm pressure for 10 seconds. Take care not to run the iron over the letters as they might move out of place.
  5. Allow the letters to cool before peeling off the backing paper.

Don’t tumble dry or use bleach on your top after adding the letters.
