By taking this collection, you’ll make sure the difference they made in the world becomes even greater. Together, we’ll make sure no one faces a mental health problem alone.

Please fill in the form below so that we can send you everything you need. We’ll send your collection materials within 5 working days by second class post. If you need them sooner, let us know on the form, call 020 8215 2243 or email [email protected]. We’ll do our best to help you honour your loved one.

And if you need help organising the collection, speak to your Funeral Director. They’ll usually be able to support you.
