That's why now is the time to unite on the biggest fundraising gaming mission of all time and help make sure no one experiences a mental health problem alone.

Online support for your mental health: does it work for you?

We know that you will have switched on your computer to stream or game to relax and have fun. But what about getting mental health support?

Since the pandemic, the NHS is giving a lot more of its support by telephone or online, rather than face-to-face. This was to help stop the spread of coronavirus. If many mental health services are going to keep being run like this, we need to find out more about your experiences to make sure they’re getting it right.

Have you had to speak to your GP or Community Psychiatric Nurse by phone rather than face to face? Been offered counselling sessions via zoom, or been referred to an online therapy programme or app? We want to hear from you, even if you didn’t end up using the service.
