West sussex Mind seek a head of development to grow partnerships and mental health support in Surrey. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead the development and growth of mental health partnerships across Surrey, creating opportunities to improve support and reduce stigma. 
• Build strong relationships with health, public sector and voluntary sector partners to develop sustainable services and secure funding. 
• Champion the involvement of people with lived experience, ensuring services and initiatives reflect the needs of local communities. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience developing partnerships and securing funding within health, social care or the voluntary sector. 
• Is a confident networker and relationship builder with strong project development and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Brings a strategic, proactive approach and a passion for improving mental health outcomes and reducing inequalities.
