Tyneside and Northumberland Mind seek a senior counselling manager to lead and grow counselling services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and develop counselling services, ensuring they remain accessible, high quality and responsive to community needs. 
• Provide clinical leadership and governance, overseeing safeguarding, risk management and professional standards. 
• Support organisational growth through service development, partnership working and strategic planning. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Is an accredited counsellor or psychotherapist (BACP, UKCP or equivalent) with significant leadership experience. 
• Has expertise in clinical governance, safeguarding. service quality and team development.
• Brings strong leadership, communication and relationship building skills, with commitment to evidence based mental health support.
